Surgical Nurse Practitioner - Locum

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
Pay Rate: $80 - $100 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Nurse Practitioner with experience in wound care to join a dedicated team in Newark, NJ . This locum role offers the opportunity to contribute to wound care management while collaborating with a highly experienced team in both inpatient and OR settings .

Key Responsibilities:
Debridement of wounds both in the OR and bedside
Application of negative pressure wound therapy (Wound VAC)
Round on inpatients for wound consults and follow-ups
Optimize OR debridement procedures
Work in a collaborative setting with a surgical team to provide comprehensive care
Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient care

Requirements:
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with surgical and wound care experience
Strong knowledge and experience in wound management and negative pressure wound therapy (Wound VAC)
Ability to work independently and within a team
NJ state license or ability to obtain
