  • Locations: CAMC General, CAMC Memorial, CAMC Teays and CAMC Beckley- will float between all locations
  • Practice Setting: Hospital
  • Special Procedures: AAA, PAD, carotid artery stenosis/stroke, renal artery stenosis/HTN, mesenteric artery stenosis/mesenteric ischemia, subclavian artery stenosis, dialysis access concerns, chronic venous insufficiency/varicose veins
  • Requirements: WV license, BC, DEA, ACLS, BLS
  • Credentialing: 45-60 days
