• Other Info:
- Not required to perform EVH
- No OR First assist
- Will work in 2 Hospitals and 1 Clinic (all in Tucson)
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active AZ License

• BC

• DEA

• BLS, ACLS
