Locums - Springfield, Oregon, NP/PA Vascular Surgery Openings Clinical Role:

•  August 4th-7th 7am-7pm
•  September 1st-4th 7am-7pm
•  12-hour shifts - We are looking for a locum who can fill in our gaps where needed. We will try to schedule 4-7 shifts in a row since most locum's travel, but we cannot guarantee it, so candidates need to be open to this
•  Setting: IP/OP
•  Call Requirements
•  Patient demographics: Adults
•  Active OR License Required
•  Board Certified, other certs required by MSO
•  EMR: EPIC. Proficient User
•  Credentialing Timeframe-
•  Standard Privileges 1.5 years, Temporary Privileges 120 days
•  Standard Credentialing- 90 days
