- Spinal surgery w/o instrumentation (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar)
- Pain procedures; Endovascular procedures

• Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Requirements:

• OH license

• BC/BE (If BE, within 3 years of residency)

• BLS, ACLS
