One physician practice, no midlevel. 2 days in clinic currently. 10-12 half day. 20-25 full day. Ideally we have 5 days of clinic coverage. 1 in 2 call. Heavy inpatient consult load. Current compensation plan is based on percent of charges. Move to wRVU model in future.
