•   Types of Cases: Cardiac thoracic services, efficient surgical skills for CVOR and vascular surgery
•   Credentialing: 60 days, no emergency privileges Minimum Requirements
•   Board Certified/Board Eligible: Eligible
•   Certifications: BLS
