Qualifications & Experience: Board-certified/board-eligible in General Surgery. Washington medical licensure required. Preference for 5+ years of experience, but all qualified candidates considered. Relocation to the region required.
Surgical Practice & Call Schedule: Mix of elective and acute care cases. 175 call days annually, typically 7-10 days per month. Clinic visits for consults, ED follow-ups, and post-op care while on call.
Advanced OR Facilities: Four fully equipped ORs plus an endoscopy suite. DaVinci Xi Robot available. Experienced surgical team with strong tenure.
Supportive Team & Leadership Potential: Two general surgeons on staff, with mentorship available. Opportunity for medical director roles. On-site GI support, plus dedicated RN and MA assistance.
Competitive Compensation & Benefits: $420,000 base salary. 10% sign-on bonus, up to $100,000 retention bonus over five years. $10,000 relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and hospital retirement contributions.
