• Clinical Details

• The physician will manage a low number of patients per day
• The physician will perform a variety of procedures including Carotid Surgery, Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting, Peripheral Vascular Operations, and more
• Hospital Setting

• Requirements

• Board Certification in Surgery Cardiothoracic
• Wisconsin state license
• DEA
• Minimum of 2 years experience is preferred

• Call

• The physician will be on-call from 4:30 P.M. - 7:30 A.M. Friday - Monday
• The physician needs to stay in a hotel close so they can be there when called in

• Support Staff

• The physician will have a surgical team including RN, MA, PA, etc.

• EMR

• The EMR used is Epic
