JOB DESCRIPTION: Hospital in Florida is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join an affiliated practice with 3 physicians and 2 APPs. Practice focus of bread and butter general surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and endoscopy. Robotic and MIS training required. Competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits package included. HOSPITAL:This hospital opened in 2013 and is a four-story building with 76 private beds and a six-bed private ICU. Our ED is approximately 19,500 sq. ft. and consists of 31 private treatment rooms, an EMS entrance, and a helicopter pad. We provide a full range of acute care services including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, inpatient and outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, laboratory, pharmacy, and a full range of support services. COMMUNITY:Conveniently located approximately 30 minutes south of downtown Orlando, this has been one of the fastest growth areas for Central Florida over the past decade.
