Vascular Surgery Opening - Jackson, MI Located 77m to Detroit H1b EligiblePosition Details

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Open to upcoming 2025 graduates in final year of fellowship, but quick 2025 start is preferred.
  • Practice setting includes inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic.
  • Reason for coverage: Service line growth.
  • The group is very reputable and has a large volume of vascular cases.
  • The practice is supported by two vascular surgeons, one nurse practitioner, and certified vascular techs within the department.
  • Call coverage includes nights and weekends, with a 1:4 rotation shared among providers
  • Endovascular skills and vein experience is preferred.
  • Facility's trauma level/designation: Level II
  • Documentation system/EMR: EPIC

  • TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery -
  • MI license (or willing to obtain)
  • Fellowship-Trained in Vascular Surgery (to be completed prior to start)
  • Endovascular skills and vein experience (describe in "Experience" field) - PREFERRED
  • Current COVID and flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain)-(note in "Additional Submission Details" field)
  • ACLS (or willing to obtain)
  • DEA (or able to obtain)
  • Clean Malpractice and License History
