- Schedule: 24/7 call 7a-7a, 6 shifts per month
- APP for CV OR Surgery Experience and Endovascular Vein Harvest (EVH) experience for CABG
- Candidates need to be able to function independently in OR including vein harvesting upon arrival
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: IL license and DEA, ACLS, min 1 year of experience
- Credentialing: 90 days
