Locum-to-Perm - Fort Wayne, Indiana, NP/PA CVT Surgery Openings
Clinical Role:
•

•   6 Providers Requested
•   Work 4 10-hour days each week from
•   Take call 1-2 nights a week and then be on call on the weekends from Saturday on Monday morning
•   This would be a 5- 8s or 4- 10s position with on-call included
•   NP or PA with cardiothoracic experience
•   PAs must know how to endo vein harvest
•   The surgery side is a 24-hour service requiring either 5- 8-hour shifts or 4- 10 hour shifts plus on-call to the OR
•   This person would be working in the OR doing cases
•   2-3 Surgeries Per Shift
•   Facility will accept multiple providers
•   Admissions Required
•   Hospital Stroke Certified
•   Board Certified - Required
•   Active IN License - Required
•   Fellowship - Required
•   ACLS, BLS - Required
•   Trauma Level II
•   EMR: Cerner
