• 24 hour beeper call

• 4-6 hours of call back daily
Schedule:

• 8/18 7am 8/25 7am
Work Details:

• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 7-10 days per month

• Patients per day: 1-4

• Department Description:

• EMR: Cerner - Remote Cerner training will be needed the first day or prior to the first day which will take approx. 3-4 hours.

• Case/Procedure Experience: Upper and lower endos required

• Required Procedures: upper and lower endoscopies, laparoscopies
Practice Setting:

• Hospital
Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC or BE in General Surgery

• License Required: AZ License

• Need: AZ License or IMLC candidates

• DEA: Yes

• CSR: No

• Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS

• Minimum Experience Required: 2+ years outside of residency
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
