Reporting directly to the Nurse Manager of the Operating Room, the Surgery Center Nurse Anesthetist will be required to provide daily updates regarding the status of their patients and their needs to their superior and work together with their peers to ensure all safety regulations and policies are being met. Serving as an integral team member to the surgical services department, Surgery Center Nurse Anesthetist will work daily to guarantee each patient treated under their care are receiving the safest, cleanest, and high-quality care.
The Surgery Center Nurse Anesthetist will be required to provide outstanding clinical care to their patients while consistently following the rules and regulations set forth in the surgical services department. Equipped with cutting-edge technology within the operating room, the Surgery Center Nurse Anesthetist will be required to be well-versed in any and all medical equipment utilized within the department. The Surgery Center Nurse Anesthetist must be well-versed regarding the care being administered to their assigned patients, and must be able to highlight their patients strengths, and also pinpoint any challenges and provide the necessary care to ensure a safe discharge.
