Clinical Details:

  • Skills Required: General CV/thoracic surgery, coronary artery bypass surgery, valvular repair/replacement, aneurysm repair, lung resection, esophagus and diaphragm surgeries, permanent pacemaker placement, AICD, TAVR, CABG, vent management, bronchoscopy, insertion of central/arterial/PA lines, insertion of IABP
  • Vascular Skills: General vascular surgery, aneurysm repair, bypass procedures, endarterectomy, TAVR, CABG, vent management, bronchoscopy, insertion of central/arterial/PA lines, insertion of IABP
  • Patients Seen: 1-3
  • Admissions: 1-3
  • Support Staff: 1 PA/NP, Multiple RNs
  • Trauma Level: 1
  • EMR System: Cerner

Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Cardiothoracic, Cardiovascular, or Thoracic Surgery
  • CA License
  • PALS
  • Clean Medical Malpractice History
  • CA Fluoroscopy license, CA DEA
