Location: Middletown, NY
Rate: 17.50/hr
Hours: M-F Mon-Fri 8a-4:30pm 1 evening a week and 1 weekend a month
$2,500 Sign on bonus

Join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals thrive in stable, supported housing. We're seeking a compassionate, organized, and community-mindedSupported Housing Specialistto support clients living independently in scattered site housing.
What You'll Do:
- Support tenants in developing essential life skills (rent, budgeting, conflict resolution)
- Help clients set and achieve personal goals
- Provide transportation to appointments and activities (as needed, using agency vehicle)
- Connect clients with community resources and services
- Accurately document interactions and client progress
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years' experiencein human services or a related field
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred (Social Work, Human Services, etc.)
- Driver's license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)a plus
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
