Clarity Recruiting is seeking skilled support staff eager to take the next step in their careers. We have numerous opportunities for dynamic Receptionists, Administrative Assistants, and Office Assistants available on temporary, temp-to-perm, and permanent bases.

The general hourly rate for these positions ranges from $18 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities may include:
  • Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Assisting in the preparation of various reports
  • Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
  • Ordering office supplies and exploring new vendors
  • Maintaining organized contact lists
  • Booking travel arrangements as necessary
  • Submitting and reconciling expense reports accurately
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Collaborating with executive and senior administrative assistants to manage requests and queries from senior management
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Administrative Assistant
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
