What you'll be doing:
- Supervise and oversee daily operations of support services departments.
- Hire, train, and evaluate support services staff with department managers.
- Manage support service contracts and rental properties.
- Working closely with maintenance and grounds
- Organize and maintain storage areas.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and assign work orders.
- Ensure proper snow removal with support service departments.
- Organize special events (e.g., auctions, shows, Christmas lights).
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations
What You will bring along:
- High school diploma or GED; 3-5 years supervisory experience or equivalent.
- Read manuals, write reports, and communicate clearly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical tools.
- Basic math skills; interpret graphs.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, lifting (25-50 lbs); good vision required.
- Physical work environment; accommodations available.
