Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Support Representative to help support our Customer Service team. Our ideal candidate loves to work in a call center environment along with providing superb customer service. The Customer Service Rep will also upsell our products and ensure customer retention.


Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to constant inbound phone calls via telephone.
  • Document all customer interactions using our internal CRM (Hubspot).
  • Respond to occasional email inquiries providing the utmost Customer Service.
  • Upsell products and services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude while mee ng productivity goals.
  • Demonstrate the ability to create, add, edit, and troubleshoot within the client systems.

Qualifications


  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience (Call center, retail, fast-food).
  • Ability to provide over-the-phone customer support.
  • Familiar with basic tech functions (resetting passwords, account maintenance, updating profiles, etc.).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to manage a high volume of inbound calls.
  • Call Center experience is a PLUS.
  • Excellent ability to communicate over the phone, via email, and over video calls.
  • Must be 18 or older to apply
