Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM
Key Responsibilities - Efficiently operate an industrial dish machine and ensure the workspace is free of dirty dishes, pots, and pans.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the food preparation facility, including regular washing and disinfecting of the kitchen area, tables, tools, dishes, and floors.
- Thoroughly clean all major kitchen equipment, such as ovens, stovetops, grills, flat tops, and deep fryers.
- Adhere to established health, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Complete opening and closing duties, ensuring all necessary supplies and tools are set up and stored properly.
Minimum Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a restaurant context is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
