Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract job with a client in Morristown, NJ(Hybrid) . You will be responsible for maintaining business rules and custom print forms, as well as managing system performance and integrations across platforms like Encompass and Optimal Blue.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Support Executive job responsibilities include:
  • Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting business rules, custom print forms, and DDM tables.
  • Monitoring system performance, logs, integrations, and managing versions/releases across platforms like nCino Mortgage and Optimal Blue.
  • Managing user groups, permissions, and reporting databases, including preparing HMDA update files for Encompass.
  • Running daily hotlists and monthly survey reports, maintaining service passwords and business contacts within LOS.
  • Developing and maintaining Crystal Reports and ad-hoc reports for business analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical support with business priorities.
  • Utilizing tools like ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Confluence for incident/change management and documentation.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical or application support roles.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server and Windows OS monitoring tools.
  • Working knowledge of mortgage platforms (e.g., Encompass, Optimal Blue) and familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Confluence, and SolarWinds.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
