Support Engineer (Tech), Regionalization (part of IES CFX)

As a Support Engineer, you will collaborate with software engineers across various n-tier architectures and the latest technologies.
Key job responsibilities
- Own automation across backend and frontend services.
- Execute SOP-driven coding assignments, understand Amazon tools and systems, make configuration changes, and identify automation opportunities.
- Possess basic coding knowledge in any language (Java, Python, etc.).

You will be responsible for automating backend and frontend services, executing SOP-driven coding tasks, understanding and configuring Amazon systems, and exploring automation opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of software development or technical support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of service-oriented architecture and microservices.
- Basic scripting skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
