Role

As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to customers, ensuring seamless integration, data flow, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, scripting expertise and a deep understanding of the Cloud Campaign code base, so you can seamlessly interface with our engineering team to discover and implement solutions. The salary range for this role is $60,000- $70,000 annually.

What You'll Do
  • Reproduce and triage bugs like a pro
  • Run SQL queries to help with customer data exports and the clean up of data
  • Work within AWS to white-label customer accounts, check data, and more
  • Manage data piping into our customer success tool - Custify
  • Help out with internal IT needs
  • Join customer calls to help debug and troubleshoot tricky issues
Qualifications

Required:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar role
  • BS or BA in Computer Science or coding bootcamp completion or equivalent
  • SQL expertise
  • Experience with AWS products (Dynamo, RDS, ACM, EC2)
  • Basic understanding of Java code
  • Scripting skills (Python or Bash)
