As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of the Enterprise Support Team supporting customers and internal teams. • Strong understanding of system architecture, operational parameters, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of how technologies interact, including WiFi, Bluetooth, Android/iOS apps, web services, and APIs.
• Ability to develop workarounds during system failures to maintain customer operations.
