The AV Support Engineer will report to the Manager of IT & AV Services and be a contributor to supporting the AV events and maintaining the collaboration spaces and applications.
As part of the Enterprise End User Services team, you will partner with Workplace and other operation teams and externally with premier AV Vendors.
You will
Operate AV equipment during events
- All Hands operation and support
- Provide support to Twitch special events
- Provide prior to meeting AV set-up and post teardown
- Manage and edit end user content
AV design and architecture
- Contribute to the collaboration standards, hardware and software
- Research new technologies to improve collaboration
- Improve implementation processes
AV system maintenance
- Daily maintain AV systems portfolio
- Troubleshoot and provide resolution to related incidents
- Coordinate break/fix efforts
- Maintain service level agreements
- Improve processes focused on scalability
Collaboration software
- Act as a system administrator
- Manage and document collaboration software updates
- Monitor notifications and errors
- Monitor and troubleshoot for performance
- Provide reporting as per the organization's need
Customer support
- Monitor and fulfill requests
- Maintain Knowledge-based articles per organization need
- Define and monitor service level agreements
- Identify new collaboration service solutions based on user needs
You have:
- 3+ years of collaboration platforms administrative experience
- AV control and DSP programming experience
- Knowledge of AV protocols and standards
- Support large company events
- Industry certifications
