ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The Support Analyst will join the Omnichannel Product Management team, who provides tools to manage physical and digital channel storefronts, and support testing and coordinating releases for tools used by Channel staff worldwide.
This role requires a highly analytical, organized self-starter with experience in cross-functional projects from analysis through implementation, post-go-live, and maintenance. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment while actively engaging in the application development and delivery cycle.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
  • Successfully support the concurrent development of multiple Channel tools.
  • Develop test scripts based on business requirement documents for field user UAT.
  • Provide reporting on test script execution during UAT.
  • Engage with developers to resolve known bugs and contribute to product refinements.
  • Analyze large datasets (200+ stores) to report on adoption and user behavior.
  • Utilize Excel (pivot tables, formulas) for data analysis.
  • Identify issues in machine learning models for digitizing store layouts, collect feedback, and support model retraining.
  • Work closely with engineering teams (2-3x weekly calls) to understand new feature designs and functionality.
  • Support the creation of training materials and user guides for new features.
  • Suggest and document enhancements based on user feedback and testing insights.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
  • 3+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing, test script writing, and execution
    • Experience with cross-functional projects from planning to post-implementation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets in Excel i.e. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative in troubleshooting and identifying potential issues i.e. ability to run through regression steps when there is an issue
