We're looking for a proactive Support & Administrative Operations Intern who thrives on keeping things organized and running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented and love supporting cross-functional teams, this role is for you. Schedule: Flexible hours between 7AM-5PM PST Pay Rate: Unpaid (college credit only) What You'll Do:
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Support client manager with customer service tasks and inbound inquiries
  • Assist project manager with tracking timelines and reporting
  • Contribute to daily operations, workflows, and special projects
Qualifications:
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college during time of internship.
  • Organized, dependable, and good with multitasking
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must have your own computer and reliable internet
