Job Number: R Supply Process Financial Operations Analyst Key Role: Provide business transformation and risk mitigation services to support the advancement of DoD finan cia l improvements related to the logistics program. Serve as a Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&S) Inventory and Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures ( MILSTRIP ) subject matter expert and assist with efforts to standardize and strengthen processes and controls. Ensure affected stakeholders possess the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to carry out job functions. Analyze process and control documentation, perform risk and gap analysis, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and completeness or accuracy of tra nsa ctions recorded to the general ledger, and implement corrective actions to mitigate process and control deficiencies in support of obtaining an unqualified audit opinion. C ond uct internal audit testing on unit level purchase and receipt tra nsa ctions. Provide work leadership to junior employees. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience providing logistics and inventory or supply management support in the DoD, including in auditing MILSTRIP and OM&S-R processes in the Department of the Navy (DoN) both in shipboard and aviation environments
Ability to review and analyze logistics and financial documents, developing solutions and corrective actions for financial management issues
Experience as a member of a supply or functional management team having knowledge of Navy shipboard logistics operations and be able to test processes against authoritative guidance for compliance
Experience using Micro sof t Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of DoD and Naval supply processes, systems, and programs, including the Government-wide Commer cia l Purchase Card, Unfilled Order Listings ( ULO ) , Unmatched Tra nsa ctions ( UMT ) , Aviation and Surface Fuel program, FEDMALL, Annual Price Changes, Monthly Change Notices, Stock Control Management, and the Food Service Management System
Knowledge of the administrative requirements within the DoN Supply Department according to NAVSUP P-723 and P-485, and the DoD 5000 series
Ability to interpret the Cumulative Tra nsa ction Ledger ( CTL ) report, OPTAR Budget Report, CFMS finan cia l portal, and SABRS disbursement reconciliation report
Coordinate annual OPNAV testing schedules with OPNAV and TYCOMs. Conduct E&C inspections, maintain custodian relationships, conduct training, perform controls audits, and ensure proper accounting of all OM&S-R.
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED Additional Qualifications: Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley or OMB Circular A-123, Appendix A compliance
Experience with finan cia l statements and internal controls
Knowledge of Naval Supply systems and websites, including OneTouch Support ( OTS ) , Webflis, WebVLIPS, Inform-21, FSM-3, CFMS, SABRS, SFOEDL, FACET Document Automation Content Services ( DACS ) , and Navy ERP
Knowledge of database management for NTCSS, R-Supply, or NALCOMIS and the Continuous Monitoring Program ( CMP )

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD).
