Supply Planner

Our client is a distributor of European food products and has a need to hire a Lead Supply Planner with the goal of maintaining the appropriate levels of products in the warehouse and distribution centers. This is a key position with visibility to the General Manager and CEO of the firm and will work with the international vendors, key suppliers, freight forwarders in Europe. The company has been in existence for over 75 years.

$75,000 to $95,000 per year

A typical day as a Lead Supply Planner includes:

• Placing purchase orders with foreign and domestic supplier and use statistical data to create an accurate forecast

• Arranging inbound freight logistics with the freight forwarder

• As a Lead Supply Planner you will work along side customs brokers and buyers regarding compliance of shipments

• Replenish stock to regenerate forecast and be involved with inventory management

• The Lead Supply Planner will ensure files are accurate in the Net Suite ERP system
