SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead sourcing efforts for nutritional ingredient suppliers and negotiate for optimal pricing and service agreements.
- Review and approve purchase requisitions, ensuring SAP system accuracy and purchase order compliance.
- Oversee warehouse operations, manage staff performance, and balance stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate logistics operations including selecting 3PL providers, transportation partners, and customs brokers.
- Analyze supply chain data to uncover cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements.
- Maintain meticulous records related to inventory, shipping, and procurement documentation.
- Guide the supply chain team in executing cost-saving strategies and aligning with budgetary objectives.
- Support the development and execution of the supply chain budget.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, logistics, and inventory workflows.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, production, and customer service teams for synchronized supply chain execution.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics, import, and quality regulations.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions with effective problem-solving and operational adjustments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor development, import/export logistics, and transportation management.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to documentation and inventory tracking.
- Proven communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration and external partnerships.
- Proficiency in SAP and other relevant supply chain systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory; relevant supply chain experience will be considered.
