We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Internal Logistics Process Specialist to support and optimize warehouse operations across multiple sites in the U.S.

The Internal Logistics Process Specialist will play a vital role in improving warehouse efficiency, standardizing practices, supporting ERP and WMS integrations, and driving data-based solutions across Sofidel Tissue locations. This position offers cross-functional collaboration, hands-on training, and national travel opportunities.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve safety.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Collaborate with warehouse management teams on monthly inventory reviews and lead action plans to resolve discrepancies.
  • Work closely with logistics, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless ERP and WMS software integration.
  • Create, update, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse best practices.
  • Train and support warehouse staff on SAP, WMS, and warehouse operational processes.
  • Build and maintain Excel and Power BI reports to track performance and improvements, including inventory accuracy.
  • Prepare data and presentation materials for logistics managers and corporate leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse management systems, or process engineering preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP software.
  • Strong understanding of lean warehouse operations and continuous improvement practices.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and automation technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and locations.
  • Travel to Sofidel Tissue locations across the U.S. as needed (up to 75%).
