Overview;
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee our supply chain, warehousing, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trade/shipping, logistics, and warehousing.

Responsibilities;

  • Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with tariff codes, trade agreements, and duty regulations.
  • Identify new sourcing opportunities to improve cost, quality, and lead times.
  • Oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, HTS tariff codes, and customs requirements.
  • Optimize freight strategies and work with carriers and third-party logistics providers to improve service levels while reducing costs.
  • Implement warehouse storage optimization strategies, improving picking, packing, and shipping efficiency.
  • Develop, track, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency.
  • Present data-driven insights through Power BI, Excel, and other data analytics tools and make recommendations to senior leadership.

Experience;

  • Proven experience in logistics management, warehousing, packaging, and supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Stable work history.
  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field highly preferred.
