Supply Chain / ERP Specialist with Security Clearance

Job Description Kratos MACH TB 2.0 Program is currently seeking a self-sufficient and experienced Supply Chain / ERP Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of our ERP system-Deltek Costpoint-with a strong emphasis on materials tracking, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, and data reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ERP environments and supply chain operations, and be capable of contributing from day one without the need for formal training in these areas. Key Responsibilities: Support the setup, configuration, and use of Deltek Costpoint for supply chain and materials management functions. Manage and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) to support production planning, procurement, and material requirements. Track material status across the supply chain, providing accurate and timely updates for both internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain Excel-based tools for reporting, data analysis, and gap coverage where ERP functionality requires supplementation. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of materials data across systems and processes. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and finance teams to align ERP usage with operational needs. Assist with data integration, migration, and validation activities during ERP implementations and upgrades. Identify inefficiencies in supply chain and system workflows and recommend process improvements. Experience and Skills Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Deltek Costpoint in a supply chain or materials role. Strong understanding of BOM structures, materials planning, and inventory control. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formatting. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment with minimal direction. Effective communicator and collaborator across functions and departments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting ERP rollouts or transitions in a manufacturing, engineering, or government contracting setting.
