Purpose of the Role:The primary goal of this position is to develop future supply chain leadership by executing Lean training, performing detailed data analysis, and managing end-to-end sustainable improvement projects. Ideal candidates will be highly motivated to understand complex supply chains, drive cost and efficiency improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
•   Lead and implement Supply Chain Continuous Improvement projects using strong analytical and project management skills.
•   Conduct comprehensive analysis of supply chain operations to identify and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
•   Analyze relationships between demand variability, service levels, inventory investments, and supply operating fundamentals.
•   Develop and propose solutions to complex supply chain issues based on objective analysis.
•   Implement solutions effectively, ensuring measurable improvements in customer service, inventory management, demand variability, or cost reduction.
•   Provide regular project updates to Supply Chain leadership and communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
•   Develop and utilize a strong troubleshooting toolset to address and resolve supply chain challenges. Technical/Functional Skills:
•   Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
•   Strong learning agility and capacity to adapt to new challenges.
•   Proven experience in process analysis and problem-solving.
•   Effective team collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
•   Demonstrated project management experience with successful project execution.
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education and Experience:
•   Minimum - Bachelor's Degree in technical and/or business field (Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, etc.) with 5+ years related experience
