DUTIES: Support both strategic and tactical spectrum of the supply chain decision matrix. Support monthly Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP) processes to ensure uniform adoption across the divisional supply chain planning groups. Support process adherence and master data accuracy for demand planning, replenishment and inventory planning and optimization (MEIO) within the scope of SI&OP leveraging the Kinaxis Rapid Response solution. Compile, maintain, analyze, and communicate key supply chain reports and diagnose improvement areas (e.g., forecast accuracy, supply variability, inventory DIOH, service level, backorder, EE&O etc.) including supporting ad hoc reporting requests from global supply chain partners. Create dashboards leveraging data visualization tools for review of revenue, DIOH, inventory and other KPIs to drive discussions and bridge any discrepancies in data flow. Create process flow mapping and knowledge sharing documents to help sustain training and learning of demand planning teams. Collaborate with end users and IT to identify, prioritize, and implement process and technical improvements, break/fixes, and enhancements. May require to travel / telecommute. REQUIREMENTS: Employer requires a Masters degree in Global Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field plus 12 months experience in the job offered, Student (R/A, Intern), Global Supply Chain Planner, or related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Statistical Analysis, 2) SAP ERP, 3) SAP APO/IBP, 4) Process Optimization, 5) Sales & Operations Planning, 6) Financial Analysis, 7) Inventory Management, 8) Advanced Excel Power Pivot, VBA, 9) Technology - R / Python / SQL software, 10) Data Visualization tools: PowerBI / Tableau.
