Our client is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Supplier Relationship Analyst II to serve as the vital bridge between internal teams and a wide range of external partners. This role plays a key part in aligning vendor capabilities with the organization's evolving needs and student-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and able to drive measurable outcomes through supplier performance evaluation and process improvement.
Projects You'll Work On
- Act as the main liaison between internal departments and third-party suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of learning and educational resources.
- Evaluate supplier offerings based on institutional goals and student experience enhancement.
- Work cross-functionally with legal, IT, finance, and procurement to streamline vendor sourcing, contracting, and onboarding.
- Conduct supplier performance assessments and lead regular business reviews to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
- Monitor contractual obligations including timelines, costs, service level agreements, and potential impacts to budgeting.
- Analyze industry trends and upcoming innovations in learning technologies to inform stakeholder decisions.
- Support operational planning by generating supplier trend reports and recommending workflow improvements.
What Experience You Should Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years managing external relationships, preferably in a vendor or supplier-facing role.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Familiarity with online learning environments and adult education models.
