Help Duties You will serve as the immediate supervisor for the PW People and Processes Branch (PW11) and is directly responsible for the quality and timeliness of the work produced by this branch. You will work closely with ECH III counterparts to ensure that all personnel processes and information is shared and updated as required. Coordinates organizational and functional analysis to assist in determining compliance with DON and NAVFAC regulations, procedures, management practices and effective utilization of staff. You will lead and direct efforts to develop, analyze, and monitor PW metrics to determine causalrelationship to training and credentialing. You will provide labor analysis and coordinate with PW and FM counterparts on labor lapse, budgetary requirements for existing and newly establish BINs. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting detail analyses of complex functions and work processes including examination of production standards, programmed workload, nonproductive time, and deviations from standards to determine validated staffing requirements for the function studied; 2) analyzing organizational structures, functions and operational procedures to conduct staffing requirements and utilizations; 3) applying analytical & evaluative methods & techniques concerning efficiency & effectiveness pertain to Recruiting, Community Management Programs (ELP and Apprentice), Affordability Database, Billet Mapping & various fund source operations; and 4) developing resources (staffing and funding) guidance for an organization or command.
