Looking for a Full-Time Supervisor 3 pm -11 pm and 11p-7a

The RN Supervisor must have a current Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia or compact state
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing setting

The RN Supervisor assists the administrator and oversees and coordinates nursing staff activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. They provide clinical guidance, conduct staff training, and handle patient care assessments to maintain efficient and effective nursing operations.
