Job Summary:
Supervises day-to-day patient service coordinators and schedulers. Collaborates with managers and directors to maintain and report scheduling blocks, utilization and business growth and development. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' technical experience: Preferred
Essential Functions:
• Directs and monitors assigned professional and ancillary personnel. Exercises independent judgment when recruiting, training, coaching, supervising and responsibly directing assigned staff.
• Provides education for scheduling processes and block policies.
• Maintains and reports scheduling blocks, utilization and business growth and development.
• Serves as working supervisor for team or work group using comprehensive knowledge of a seasoned professional.
• Provides day-to-day technical leadership while performing escalated or complex duties.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
