About Our Facility:
40+ years serving the Sonoma County community near Santa Rosa
Advanced diagnostic and therapeutic equipment including MRI, CT, Digital Radiography, Ultrasound, Endoscopy, and Fluoroscopy
Specialized services in Surgery, Neurology, Cardiology, Internal Medicine, and Emergency and Critical Care

Leadership Role Overview: As Technician Supervisor, you will:
Oversee and mentor a team of veterinary technicians
Ensure high-quality patient care and client satisfaction
Collaborate with veterinarians and hospital leadership to maintain operational excellence
Drive continuous improvement in technical skills and protocols
Foster a positive, supportive work environment that promotes professional growth

Key Responsibilities:
Manage technician scheduling, including weekends and holidays
Coordinate with other supervisors to optimize patient care
Oversee technical procedures, including radiography, venipuncture, and emergency response
Implement and maintain quality control measures for technical services
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

Qualifications:
Registered Veterinary Technicia n (preferred or working towards)
3+ years of veterinary experience , with demonstrated leadership skills
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Proficiency in veterinary software and technical equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 40 pounds
