Overview As a Supervisor on our Video Investment team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to client counterparts as well as internal team members. Additionally, you will be looked to as a thought leader in the TV/OLV media space who helps guide the team through negotiation, activation and execution of a client's business. This involves having the expertise in all areas of media activation principles and applying them to a client's business. Managing the overall budgetary process within the Video authorizations is an integral part of the position. A successful Video Investment Supervisor must be an effective communicator and possess the ability to lead other team members as well as to collaborate with all other key disciplines (strategy, analytics, etc.). This position requires a strong level of integration among their client team within Hearts & Science as well as across other partner Agencies.
Qualifications- 3+ years TV/OLV media experience. OLV experience needs to extend beyond FEP aptitude
- Media/business Acumen
- Extensive knowledge of the media and marketing business, particularly with experience in the TV and OLV investment space
- Thorough knowledge of the dynamics of media; how each media element performs alone, how they perform together and how they are constantly changing, how TV/OLV is a key contributor to the overall dynamics of media
- A solid understanding of the skills and functions of the Investment side of the business, as well as knowledge of Strategic Business Units' competencies
- An understanding of the client's industry and environment within which he operates
Responsibilities- Supervise development, implementation, negotiation and maintenance of TV/OLV media plans
- Manage TV/OLV budgets across brands, campaigns, partners, etc.
- Responsible for communicating with management on account and group status in a professional manner befitting a senior level team member.
- Responsible for facilitating each team member's development (Senior Associates and Associates)
- Manage and build solid client relationships
- Manage the flow of client media-related issues. Create solutions and resolve problems
- Interview applicants for junior-level positions
- Lead relationships with key creative agencies, specifically for branded entertainment activations
- Lead key vendor relationships
- Represent and promote the interests of Hearts & Science internally and externally
- Effectively motivate, lead and train the entire team to maximize shared objectives
- Meet with media sales executives and industry representatives on a regular basis to pursue ideas that are strategically aligned with the client's business and foster strong relationships between Hearts & Science and the marketplace

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$75,000-$80,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
