Overview

As OMG continues to expand our portfolio of strategic client wins and partnerships, we are excited to be recruiting for positions that will be part of a massive consumer-centric, technology and innovative client we are onboarding.

Position Overview

This role will be responsible for providing experienced technical support to the Platform Operations teams, working alongside and mentoring more junior colleagues, in the delivery of our priorities, all the while sharing & utilizing knowledge and expertise on Advertising Technologies, Campaign Management and Execution, Data Input & Output Procedures, Techinical & Service Partner Management, and other skills necessary in the Ad Ops space.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of ad operations experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in the marketing, engineering, computer science, information science, social science or business-related fields with technical and project management skills
  • BS/BA or higher required Professional experience with the following: Google Marketing Platform, rich media and mobile vendors, and billing tools (ie. Prisma preferred)
  • Knowledge of HTML, JS, Flash
  • A deep understanding of web analytics packages (Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • In-depth technical knowledge of ad technology, knowledge of DMP's is preferred
  • Professional experience with online planning and the execution process
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem including major media, creative, and data solutions vendors and how they interact with each other
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects along with the ability to delegrate tasks/responsibilities to more junior members of the team
  • Demonstrated expertise using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and/or similar presentation tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, dedicated, team player & mentor
Responsibilities
  • Execute on defined projects and programs, as translated by their ADs
  • Responsible for prioritizing and delegating project deliverables between themselves and the broader team of TAMs and traffickers
  • Actively escalate complex issues they are unable to resolve to their AD/Director for guidance and resolution
  • Actively contribute to best practice for their scope/account/focus
  • Present and educate media teams on Ad Operations Process & Procedures
  • Manage and conduct office hours for respective agency teams
  • Leverage technical expertise in day-to-day relationship management, issue resolution, and research
  • Manage day-to-day communications and relationships with Media and Planning Leads, leveraging deeper client/agency experience and knowledge of common agency-level issues or needs
  • Take a consultative approach to client servicing - with a focus on understanding the full context while seeking additional information as needed, and work to understand the 'client motivator' to better service clients and foresee future needs
  • Operate within a defined framework of PL Ops process and workflow
  • Act as a mentor, informal coach, & confidant for more junior or developing talent
  • Share expertise and knowledge to support growth of the wider team


This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range

$80,000-$90,000 USD
