Job Overview:
$7,500 sign-on bonus. Night shifts, 3, 12-hour shifts with additional administrative hours for a 40-hour work week. Responsible for developing and implementing respiratory care policies, supervising staff, and ensuring quality of care through direct observation and feedback.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and staff assignments. Coordinate training for staff, students, and residents. Participate in leadership meetings and conflict resolution. Consult on patient assessments and care plans. Evaluate new products and equipment. Qualifications:
5 years of experience required. Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience preferred. Licensure/Certifications:
Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in NH. Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required within specified timeframes.
