Overview:
Oversees operation of First Aid and supervises line and supervisory staff.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews and evaluates all First Aid/accident investigation reports
- Assists in overseeing daily operation of the Safety department.
- Provides basic and/or advanced clinical. life support and/or emergency care to guests and associates including wound care, removing splinters, administering over-the-counter medications, and basic health evaluations; assists with patient .
- Communicates park and department information to department employees.
- Assists outside agenices with inspections, as needed.
- Ability to successfully complete all training.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid EMT certification (Basic).
- Must possess a valid CPR certification
- Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.
- Must have previous experience as a Safety Area Supervisor.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
- Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
