Position Qualifications:

  • Licensed BCBA interested in working with individuals with special needs.
  • Candidates should have a deep appreciation for trauma-informed care and a commitment to the least aversive methods of behavior shaping.
  • Candidates interested in working in a collaborative environment, open to learning, and motivated to contribute to a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions for patients, particularly children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to RBTs regarding behavioral health strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned by ABA Director.

Compensation:

  • Level 1: 0-3 experience - $85K - $95K+
  • Level 2: 3-5 yrs experience - $88K - $98K+
  • Level 3: 5+ yrs experience - $90K - $100k+
