Superintendent with Security Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites for nearly 50 skilled trades people.

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.

• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.

• Collaborate with inhouse work crews, subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate project activities.

• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and promote a safe working environment.

• Prepare reports on project status, including updates on scheduling and budgeting.

• Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.

• Able to work with your tools while still managing crews

• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics.

• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.

• Excellent organizational skills with experience in Project scheduling and budgeting.

• Proficient in using construction management software such as Bluebeam and Microsoft project.

• Strong understanding of quality control processes within the construction industry.

• Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
