Description
- Plan, execute, and close out high-end interior construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction through quality control and communication.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and on-site activities.
- Prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Profile
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on interior build-outs.
- Proven track record managing projects in occupied and high-profile office buildings.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).
- Excellent reading and interpretation of architectural and MEP drawings.
- Effective communication and leadership skills for coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and budgets
Job Offer
- Base salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)
