My client, based just north of Fort Worth, is a well-established commercial construction company. Founded over 20 years ago, the firm has built a strong reputation in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Known for high-quality work and reliable service, they serve a range of clients with project values from under $5,000 to over $1 million. This general contractor has long been known as one of the best general contractors in the metroplex and that is proved by their consistent work with repeat clients.

Description

  • Plan, execute, and close out high-end interior construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate permits, inspections, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction through quality control and communication.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and on-site activities.
  • Prepare regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on interior build-outs.
  • Proven track record managing projects in occupied and high-profile office buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam).
  • Excellent reading and interpretation of architectural and MEP drawings.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills for coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and budgets


Job Offer

  • Base salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)
