Description


  • Oversee all phases of construction for luxury custom homes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate daily activities on-site, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and clients to align construction plans with client expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain construction standards and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the building process.
  • Ensure that the schedule is followed and communicate any changes or delays with the project manager and clients.

Profile

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction, with a deep understanding of custom home building practices. A keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication are essential. Must have a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the capability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and design teams.
