Custom Home Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Luxury Custom Home Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end, bespoke residences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing the build process of multimillion-dollar homes, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship, quality, and client satisfaction. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and uphold stringent luxury standards.



Qualifications


  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in high-end luxury custom home construction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of luxury home construction techniques, fine materials, and architectural details.
  • Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, millwork, custom cabinetry, and smart home technology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate diverse teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Background in high-end residential construction, estate homes, or boutique custom projects.
  • Experience working with celebrity or high-net-worth clients.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy-efficient designs.
